Hard Carbon Anode Material

The product undergoes a specialized refining process based on general sodium lignosulfonate, enhancing its cohesiveness to meet various pellet forming requirements in the current market. Its low sulfur content aligns with the national green development trend, while its exceptional synthesis enables widespread utilization in both domestic and international production enterprises.

Portable Energy Storage Power Supply

The structure is made of integrated PC+ABS high-strength engineering plastic, which ensures lightweight and simplicity. It is equipped with LED lighting, PD fast charging, solar charging, and smart equipment wireless charging functions to cater to the power supply requirements in various outdoor scenarios and for different application terminals. It can be used in conjunction with portable solar panels ranging from 30W to 120W for charging or directly connected to a power source.

Module

The Shengquan lithium titanate batteries have been successfully utilized in 48V300Ah 2.5-ton electric forklift battery modules, as well as in take-out special electric bicycle battery modules of 48V20Ah and 60V20Ah. These batteries effectively fulfill customer requirements for operations with high safety standards, frequent usage, low-temperature environments, and rapid charging needs.

Lithium Titanate Battery

The lithium titanate battery is a type of anode material for lithium-ion batteries, utilizing lithium titanate. It can be combined with cathode materials such as lithium manganate, ternary materials, or lithium iron phosphate to form a 2.4V or 1.9V secondary lithium-ion battery. Additionally, it can also serve as the positive electrode in conjunction with metallic lithium or a lithium alloy negative electrode to create a 1.5V secondary lithium battery. Due to its exceptional safety, stability, longevity, and environmentally friendly characteristics, it is highly anticipated that the utilization of lithium titanate material will undoubtedly establish itself as the preferred anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries within the next 2-3 years and find extensive applications in new energy vehicles and electric motorcycles.

The product is a refined carbon black granulation adhesive, produced through a specialized process based on general sodium lignosulfonate. Its low ash content, excellent dispersion, and bonding properties make it particularly suitable for the production of carbon black with stringent ash requirements. Lignin Admixture

The product is a sodium lignosulfonate with excellent water solubility and high surface activity. It is derived from plant straw through an environmentally friendly process, containing active chemical groups such as sulfonic acid, methoxy, hydroxyl, carboxyl, and others.

Lignin Dispersant

The lignin dispersant is a refined and modified sodium lignosulfonate that is extracted and prepared from natural plants. It does not contain any harmful substances such as APEO, quinoline, isoquinoline, etc. This product is characterized by its eco-friendly nature, green attributes, and wide adaptability to dyes and other dispersants.

超变力 ® Nanocellulose

The Shengquan 超变力 ® nanocellulose is derived from plant fibers and undergoes pretreatment, high-strength mechanical exfoliation, and other essential technologies. With a diameter of less than 100nm and an aspect ratio of no less than 200, it possesses the characteristics of being lightweight, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and exhibiting excellent nanomaterial properties such as high strength, high Young's modulus, high aspect ratio, and high specific surface area. Additionally, the abundant hydroxyl groups present in nanocellulose can be modified with functional chemical groups on a nanometer scale to meet customer requirements. Through oxidation, lipidation, silanization or other modification techniques, it can be transformed into anionic or cationic silane-coupled chemical functional nanocellulose.
