Features
Low gas generation during the pouring process can avoid porosity defects;
Application during sand mixing and pouring process;
Good concession at high temperature, which can avoid hot cracking defects of castings;
High strength at high temperature, it can prevent the generation of veining defects;
Good disintegration after pouring moulding sand, which reduces the labor intensity of workers;
Sodium silicate is humidity resistant and its humidity-resistant properties can avoid sand mould and casting defects caused by moisture absorption;
Applications
Applicable to the production of steel casting.
