Hard Carbon Anode Material

Hard carbon is a dual-functional anode material derived from biomass and resin, utilizing innovative refining technology for biomass-based resin precursors and advanced preparation processes to produce hard carbon suitable for both lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries.

Portable Energy Storage Power Supply

The structure is made of integrated PC+ABS high-strength engineering plastic, which ensures lightweight and simplicity. It is equipped with LED lighting, PD fast charging, solar charging, and smart equipment wireless charging functions to cater to the power supply requirements in various outdoor scenarios and for different application terminals. It can be used in conjunction with portable solar panels ranging from 30W to 120W for charging or directly connected to a power source.

Module

The Shengquan lithium titanate batteries have been successfully utilized in 48V300Ah 2.5-ton electric forklift battery modules, as well as in take-out special electric bicycle battery modules of 48V20Ah and 60V20Ah. These batteries effectively fulfill customer requirements for operations with high safety standards, frequent usage, low-temperature environments, and rapid charging needs.

Lithium Titanate Battery

The lithium titanate battery is a type of anode material for lithium-ion batteries, utilizing lithium titanate. It can be combined with cathode materials such as lithium manganate, ternary materials, or lithium iron phosphate to form a 2.4V or 1.9V secondary lithium-ion battery. Additionally, it can also serve as the positive electrode in conjunction with metallic lithium or a lithium alloy negative electrode to create a 1.5V secondary lithium battery. Due to its exceptional safety, stability, longevity, and environmentally friendly characteristics, it is highly anticipated that the utilization of lithium titanate material will undoubtedly establish itself as the preferred anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries within the next 2-3 years and find extensive applications in new energy vehicles and electric motorcycles.

Forklift Power System

The reduction rate of lithium titanate batteries under high-rate working conditions is minimal. They exhibit excellent charge and discharge capabilities even at temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees Celsius, making them a safer alternative to lithium iron batteries. Only LTO and supercapacitors possess the ability to instantly recover energy during braking, further enhancing their safety compared to lithium iron batteries.
