The Shengquan 超变力 ® nanocellulose is derived from plant fibers and undergoes pretreatment, high-strength mechanical exfoliation, and other essential technologies. With a diameter of less than 100nm and an aspect ratio of no less than 200, it possesses the characteristics of being lightweight, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and exhibiting excellent nanomaterial properties such as high strength, high Young's modulus, high aspect ratio, and high specific surface area. Additionally, the abundant hydroxyl groups present in nanocellulose can be modified with functional chemical groups on a nanometer scale to meet customer requirements. Through oxidation, lipidation, silanization or other modification techniques, it can be transformed into anionic or cationic silane-coupled chemical functional nanocellulose.
The company has recently introduced two state-of-the-art production lines of wood pulp Spunlaced Composite Nonwovens. The annual output of wood pulp Spunlaced Composite Nonwovens, produced by utilizing the 3.8m wide and high miscellaneous carding machine imported from Germany along with the world's leading fiber netting technology and Spunlaced entanglement technology, exceeds 26,000 tons. With a focus on innovation, high efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection, Shengquan group possesses a complete set of testing instruments, advanced testing methods, and a comprehensive quality control system to consistently deliver superior products and services that are more environmentally friendly and valuable to our customers.
The Shengquan pulp molding products are manufactured using natural raw materials such as bamboo, bagasse, reed, rice straw, and corn straw. These final products are created through innovative green, low-carbon, and recycling technologies. They find extensive applications in the pollution-free green environmental protection sector, particularly for lunch boxes and fast food takeaway packaging containers. The unique properties of Shengquan's original pulp include its cleanliness, strong internal bonding strength, excellent degradability which make it a standout alternative to plastic materials (food tableware).
