Shengquan lignin binder series products have the following advantages for various production and application needs:
Compared with the common paper-making black liquor and pulp waste liquid products with sulfur content of more than 30000ppm, the sulfur content of this product is only 1/3 of that of the commercial products, and there are no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The product conforms to the current national green environmental protection situation.
This product has inherent high sugar content, good homogeneity and high cohesiveness, and is more suitable for pellet and refractory brick molding production. Using this product as an additive for pellet and refractory brick, its pellet and finished brick have the characteristics of high strength and good stability.
Compared with conventional products on the market, this product has extremely low chloride ion content, which reduces the equipment corrosion during high-temperature calcination.
This product is convenient for storage and transportation, and has no sediment and little environmental pollution.
Applications
It can be used for various pellet forming and refractory brick (silica brick, magnesia brick, aluminum brick) forming,and applicable to the production of steel casting, iron casting, non-ferrous alloy casting.
